GET TO KNOW ME

My Background

I’ve been a CNA, Hospice Nurse, Chaplain, Hostess, Waitress, Bar-Back, Bartender, Chauffeur, Delivery Driver, Cat Sitter, Cat Nurse, Dog sitter, Dog walker, House sitter, Professional Organizer...a Domestic Girl Friday of sorts.

After a few years of wandering, soul-searching, some online schooling and over 10 years of diligent self-study, I am now also a Detoxification Specialist, Iridologist, Zero-Waste Consultant, Professional Organizer, Mentor, Quiz Funnel Marketing Strategist, Self-Discovery Activity Book author, Paper-craft artist, and Ranch Manager in-training.

I recently moved to Anderson Valley to get away from the city noise, to provide my Domestic Girl Friday Services to a dear friend, and to get back to my Russian Mennonite roots and learn how to grow my own food - all while I work on slowly building my Detox practice, writing more Self-Discovery books and plugging away at my paper-craft art series. Oh! And spend as much time as I can with animals and work a few shifts here and there at the wineries. (I like a full plate.)

Whether you need someone to sub/fill in, help with a short-term project, companion care, or just an emergency contact nearby, I’d love to hear from you. Depending on your needs, location and our schedules, short notice/24 hour availability could be possible. (I don't have children.) You’re invited to explore my site and contact me so we can discuss how I can help make your life a little bit easier.

Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.

P.S.

Don’t forget to get outside and go for a walk! Even 5 minutes a day can help improve most facets of your life. If you’d like a walking companion, I could help with that, too. :)

PAST EXPERIENCE

And Present Roles

CNA, Chaplain, Detoxification Specialist, Iridologist, Hypnotist; Holistic Health Consultant.

Future goals: Traveling Metaphysician and Alchemist.

2013-Present

In 2013 I was bartending, and feeling unfulfilled. I wanted to go into some type of Alternative Health, but didn't want to spend very long in school and wanted to get to work as quickly as a could. Taking the skills and interests that I had, I started a journey to become a Death Doula. In order to become a Death Doula, it is advised that you start in Homecare as a CNA, and then work your way up to Hospice. Once you are familiar with the roles and duties needed, then you can start advancing to becoming a Death Doula. Once I reached hospice care, I recognized what type of patience and marketing was needed to be a Death Doula, as well as whenever I kept working hospice gigs, I kept focusing on finding ways to PREVENT the client from getting to where they were in the first place! I also recognized what my clients gravitated to me for...and that was to discuss end of life matters; philosophically. I had several signs in my life pointing to becoming a Chaplain, this one appearing the most often. Years later, I went through the training to be a Chaplain, at the same time that I was in school to become a Detoxication Specialist, Iridologist, Hypnotist, and concluding with where I am now: A Homecare CNA and Holistic Health Consultant.

The next part of my journey is learning Art therapy, Herbology, Biomagnetism, RIFE, Energy, and Sound Healing. Stay Tuned.

My CNA services are rooted in a Pro-Medical-Freedom philosophy, to compassionately support the client and family. *

*I have not yet seen medical research to support the efficacy of masking and v@xxin@tion. As such have abstained from these practices and continue my research, investigation and daily health practices as a Detoxification Specialist.

Zero-Waste Consultant, Professional Organizer

2011-Present

In 2011 I assisted a hoarder with attempting to organize her home. I was one of several people who had tried to help her, and lasted longer than all other people who tried. Even though we didn't succeed in getting her home organized due to her mental illness, I learned several valuable lessons all with just one client. After working with her, I tried starting my own Professional Organizing service while living in Olympia, WA back in 2013. I ran into the same problem I did with other ventures - the dreaded self-promotion. I ended up moving back to Seattle and a few years later got a job at a Zero-Waste Boutique in Renton called Scoop Marketplace and learned all about detoxing our environment while in school to become a Detoxification Specialist! How perfect. As within, as without; both germ and terrain theory hold their place in the quest for a healthier way of living. With the help of my Ascendant sign, Virgo, and having the most organized Mother anyone has ever met, I have been able to provide my professional organizing services to about a dozen satisfied people, and love educating people when they're interested in learning more about how they can live a more materially conscious lifestyle.

Hostess, Waitress, Bar-Back, Bartender, Caterer

2004-Present

I worked my first restaurant job as a seating Hostess at The Old Spaghetti Factory on the Seattle Waterfront. Right after, I worked at a Ravioli Station. Yes, from a Spaghetti Factory, to a Ravioli Station. I'm not making that up. I bar-backed at a formerly well known bar, Barça, owned by the U-Men front man, Jon Bigley, in an area known in 2020 as C.H.A.Z. (Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone.) I've filled in as a bartender in several bars in the Seattle area, Pittsburgh, Portland, Dallas and NYC. I worked several catering gigs in Portland, Oregon in 2018-2019 and now look forward to subbing where I can at the beautiful vineyards in Anderson Valley.

Professional Pet and House Sitter, Feline Nurse

1997-Present

My very first job when I was 12 years old was to feed a neighbors cat while they were away on vacation. It was one of my favorite childhood experiences. 20 years later in 2017 I stumbled across a website while living in Dallas called, Meowtel.com. Eureka! Professional cat sitting. I was booked up very quickly. Since 2017 I have accumulated over 100 five-star reviews from cats and their humans in Dallas, Portland, and Seattle. Holiday Season of 2019 I was Seattle's #1 Cat sitter. Christmas Day 2019 I had 26 house calls to make. I started at 6am and got home around 3am. It was one of the most fulfilling days I've ever experienced in my life. I have also been a dog walker (maxed out at taking 8 dogs in 1 car to Magneson Dog Park in Seattle) and a chicken sitter. On top of pet sitting, I also provide nursing services for sick pets for when their humans want to go on vacation but don't want their beloved furries to have to stay at the cold sterile vet's office. I can provide diabetic shots, IV drip, medications, massage and hospice care.

Chauffeur/Delivery

2011-Present

Transportation is my family's trade...on both sides. My Maternal Grandfather helped build the first 747 at Boeing, and my Paternal Grandfather was a surveyor for the railroad. My Father is a Delivery Mogul in Seattle owning (recently selling) several delivery and freight-forwarding companies in Seattle, including Fleetfoot Delivery Service. He started his career managing Fed-Ex Chicago back in the mid-70s and just recently started the process of retiring. He has instilled so much intuitive knowledge on timing and the importance of solid communication in my work ethic. Transportation is in my blood! I drove a Towncar, graveyard shift, for a few months in Seattle until I realized I needed to see daylight and had to quit. I chauffeured pilots and flight attendants from the airport to their hotel. I was a delivery driver for Favor and Postmates for a few years in Dallas, Portland and Seattle and maintained a ~4.8/5 rating. I was conditioned with the mantra, "On Time is Late" so don't be surprised if I knock on your door 1-5 minutes early.

Quiz Funnel Marketing Specialist

2020-Present

I don't know about you, but self promotion doesn't come easy to me. It can take me years to either get the guts/drive/focus to sit down and get something like this website done, or I get it done on a whim, like I am today. When it comes to ideas, growth and improvement, isn't it funny how it's often easier to do for someone else, than it is for ourselves? Back in 2020 my Dad and I discovered Quiz Funnels, as a method of promoting various services and products online. We were both going to use the software for our own endeavors, but in the end, it still resulted in requiring us to write ad copy for what we were selling! D'oh! Sales, sales, sales. Not our strong suit. The great news is, I still have the software available to create amazing quiz funnels to generate leads, sales, you name it...all I need is your ad copy and we can go from there. If you have an online product or service that you need some extra help promoting, ask away. I'd love to help. :)

Paper-Craft Collage Artist
(See Portfolio Page)

2020-Present

May 2020 I had just moved back to Olympia, WA and was feeling a burden lifted from my shoulders. While everyone was locked down, I felt my chronic inhibition and frenetic Mercurian compulsion to pace with anxiety dissipate. I had no choice but to stay inside and...create something for the sake of creating something. I had collected a lot of card stock over the years because it was cheap, and I loved the aesthetic of the stacks of colors on my shelves. I love experimenting and trailblazing; cultivating, disseminating, synthesizing and remixing. While watching Santos Bonacci lectures on Syncretism and YouTube's Quantum of Conscience Ontology Rants, I took a bunch of ideas and threw them all on the same poster board and ended up with this newish paper-craft collage medium. I'm personally loving where it's going. I have 2 series going so far. 1 is a 12 part series based on light-occultism and dark reality, and the other series is dedicated to sports teams. I'm thinking of starting a third series based on animals and our beloved pets. I invite you check my portfolio page. If interested, I'd love to create some custom art for your pet, or your favorite sports team! Makes a great gift.

Human Design Intro Guide

2021-Present

Are you familiar with Human Design? Its similar to a natal chart, but EVEN MORE DETAILED. I'm still figuring it all out myself, but I have found a way to give people a good easy introduction to the system. I have created about 10 reports for online friends and have shown them the 101 ropes on how it works. I look forward to including it with my Holistic Health practice, as astrological health readings provide unworldly and invaluable diagnostic material. Hippocrates refused to see a patient without seeing their natal chart first. And what is the name of the oath doctors take today? The Hippocratic oath. What do western doctors NOT do? Astrological health readings. Hm. If you are interested in learning more about Human Design, please inquire at elisabeth.cna@gmail.com

Self-Development Activity Book Author

Book Series:
Codex Holistica

2020-Present

With all the information I've collected over the past 12 years from all the self-improvement trials I've put myself through, I finally decided 2020 to start sharing with the world what I've learned. In 2020, I created a short 38 page Self-Development Activity Book called, "Level Up." That short book inspired a whole series of books that I have started and will hopefully start to publish by the end of 2022. Stay tuned!

Comforting Hands

There are only four kinds of people in this world: those who have been a caregiver, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need a caregiver.”
